I have a 1982 Camaro with a built up 350 Chevy, I am using GM Performance Parts Drilled and Tapped Vortec heads. What spark plugs do you guys recommend. I have an all MSD Ignition system. I am currently using NGK's debating on trying. Accell Header plugs. What do you guys suggest. I have tried ACDelco, Champion, platinum, not really happy with results. Any ideas, my setup is on my website at http://www.fbody.com/members/82Camaro.

Thanks,

Justin

NGK makes very good spark plugs. They have an excellent ceramics development program. As long as you can fit in the regular length pure platinum plugs, I'd stick with them. If you're worried about heat on the wires, try installing some of the aluminum plug boot shields from LT1/4 engines.

If you're having that much trouble with plugs, you have some other problem.

I use Champion RS12YC.. Inspected them after two years use
still good. reinstalled them.
Finally changed to Cham RS10YC's put the 12YC's in the tool box for spares. Cause they are still good after 3 yrs.

You have some other problem like carburaton or something causing your plugs to foul.

I agree. ACDelco's are good plugs and they should work great.
