Is the stock GM quote @ 235hp 335lbs/ft flywheel hp? Or was that rwhp?

I'm confused.....

thats pretty sad, my friend just put a brand new engine in his 1972 ford maverick. It's a 302 bored .30 over with aluminum edelbrock heads edlebrock intake and cam, headers, and 600 cfm edlebrock carb. i think his problem was the cam cuz he had it dynoed and it only made 190 horse at the wheels. Well anyways thanks for that info.
