Would it be worth it to change injectors?
My car has 16lb injectors in it now. I have a buddy that is going to sell me some 28lb injectors. Should I go for it? If I do what else do I have to do to the car to make it run right?

Heck no. They are way too big for your 6 cylinder. You are talking about increasing the fuel 75%
((28-16)/16) * 100 = 75% !!!!!!!!!!
Don't do it.

Car: 89 IROC
Engine: Yes
Transmission: That, too.
Your engine will absolutely drown.
If you want more performance, first worry about how to get more air into your engine. Not more fuel.
