ok i changed the o2senser today and i plan on getting headers in about a month where does the O2senser go then ??? what if i just dont use one what will that do ???

 

If you purchase emisson legal headers there is a opening for the O2 sensor.Cannot reply to what would happen without sensor.

is necessary

 

Jegs and Summit both sell a bung for the O2,made by Painless Wiring to weld to your headers if you get non emission type. The bung needs to be in the collector. If you buy long tube headers then you will need to adapt a "heated" sensor for best operation. Bob

 

i ran with out my 02senser all day yesturday just b/c i couldnt get the damn thing in and i didnt notice anything different ( think maybe b/c its been out ever cents i have owned it ...its been one year this month ??? ) what happens if u run with out it?
