Cooling system

I have a question. My radiator is not full but the overflow tank is full. I tried to fill the radiator but i think i filled to much because it leaked out . Now why is that ???? Ive got pressure in the system , i can hear that when i open the radiator.
Im afraid ive got a leak somewhere but i dont know for sure since the overflow tank is full. My biggest fear is that ive got a head gasket leak but i cant see any water on the oil stick so i dont think so. I dont know exactly how the cooling system work. So help is needed on that subject.

You might have more luck if you post your message in the Cooling board. There are many people who frequent that area of TGO who would almost certainly be able to help you there.

Ckean the radiator cap. Make sure the vent valve (inner disc) is operating freely and the passages behind it are not clogged.

If you've recently flushed or refilled the system with a water mixture, the heat of operation may be deaerating the water, which will require you to monitor the overflow reservoir level for several days (providing the vent valve is operating correctly, of course).

Yes shes leeking really bad now. I didnt make it to work today. I had to stop and wait for it to cool down. Its leaking really much behind the engine on the left side. Is there any hoses there that might be broke?

Doesnt sound good. Possibly a (intake?) gasket somewhere back there has failed.
