A.I.R Removal

ive got a 87 t/a w/5.7 tpi and its got that annoying air system on it ive already disabled,is there any reason, that i cant remove that system b/c we dont have emissions testing here???

If you don't have emmisions then pop that bitch out of there. It's just taking up space. And sucking some hp away from your car.

Yes for sure, take it off. Just tape up the two connectors that go to the boxy looking stuff (air switch box). Not only do you remove the AIR pump, but also the mounting bracket, and the switch box along with some lines.

I removed all of this stuff from my '87 IROCZ.

To be installed soon: TPIS ZZ9 cam, 2400 stall converter.
