Where does this wire go?? (voltage reg)

The brown wire coming off the voltage regulator in the alternator somehow got cut, and i can't seem to find where it goes. There is another cut wire coming out of the harness by the brake booster that goes through the fire wall but im not sure if that where it goes or not.

This is an 86' lg4 car btw...

Please help out asap, car is ready to run except for that wire.

Eric

The brown wire is the one that goes to the "Choke" light. It should go into the harness that originally ran along the inside of the right valve cover, and end up at the bulkhead connector under the booster.

Too bad you have a car with cut wires... a sure sign of an ignorant former owner or mechanic.
