NJ inspection help?
Okay i went last weekend to get inspected and i only failed for emmissions and no shift indicator. so the first time i failed i failed for CO and HC. the CO was at like 1.8x and the HC was at 234.
now the CO is at 2.34 and the HC is at 307. standard for CO is 1.63 and standard for 173. yea i failed twice.
now what can i do to get those down? could i change the spark plugs? ive been running rich for the winter and maybe im not gettin a complete burn. also i ran the car to little over 1/4 tank of gas and had 4 bottles of dry gas.
what do u guys suggest i do? i can change the plugs in like 20mins if i want to. also i have now emmission controls besides a cat.
