Which Lt1 cam to use?

I'm building a l98 350 with stock Iroc heads and about 9.7:1 compression. I want to use an Lt1 cam and I want to know which year cam is best for my combination. I have a 700r4 and will be running 3.27 gears.

94-95 LT1: Duration 203/208 Lift 450/460 Lobe sep 116
96-97 LT1: Duration 205/207 Lift 447/459 Lobe sep 117

As you can see there are almost the same except for the lobe sep.

Here is the stock L98 cam specs:

Duration 202/206 Lift 403/415 Lobe sep 115

Basically the Lt1 cams have more lift and a few more degrees of lobe seperation. What will that do for my engine?

Thanks, Mike Jones
