starter trouble
When i start my car in the morning it takes a while. Like i will turn the ignation for like 5 seconds and nothing turn another time and it will start. It will even do it if i have drove the car for a while then stop and then go start. Now what could this be? Is it supposed to be like this or is something going out?
When you turn your key, do you hear anything? Do you hear one "click" while you turn the key once or a repeating "clicking" noise while turning the key?
A one "click" may result in a faulty starter.
To isolate the starter, get under the car and gently tap on it with a hammer or something metal with a rubber handle while someone else is trying to start up the vehicle.
A repeating "clicking" noise could result in poor connection with your battery cables. Look at your terminals to see if there is corrosion or buildup around them. Clean them if necessary. Check the cables as well.

No it's more like it takes forever to start. I hear the engine cranking and everything but it just takes a while to get it going
