There was never a twin turbo blazer made by GM. There were single turbo 4.3s in the early 90s Syclone (Sonoma PU) and Typhoon (Jimmy)
Swap one into a thirdgen. Never seen it done. Dunno why, maybe the plumbing is all wrong would be my guess. Because a 4.3 V6 drops right onto SBC engine mounts and tranny. If the exhaust routing is wrong, then it's just as easy to turbo a SBC or something else as the 4.3. And it's really not that great of an engine anyway.

GM did make some prototype Twin Turbo Trailblazers, but nothing you'll ever see. The only other thing I could think of are the Syclone/Typhoon engines, which Ed already mentioned.
Oh yeah, Vader, thats gotta be one of the coolest sigs ever.

That TT trailblazer had 400 hp and 400 ft lbs. They used the front differential from an escalade to handle the power and it runs full time 4WD, like a typhoon. They also ran big wheels, stiffer springs and removed the roof rack. I have a 2002 trailblazer that is stock and have actually beaten an integra with a fart can and a 5 speed. Mine also has the 4.10 gear
....it really runs strong for how heavy it is.
i believe they ran something like a 5 second 0-60 and a 14 sec quarter mile in the turbo.
