I have a friend who has a 89 GTA with a 350 TPI. he did some upgrades and now the car is running like poo. he put on a fuel pressure regulator, accel 10.8 wires, accel dist cap, fuel filter, took the screens out of the MAF sensor, jegs red hot coil, cleaned out the runners and plennum. i have been thinking and i dont know what could cause it to run like it is. we will be at a light and it will start to act like its going to take off even tho he has his foot on the brake and then the rpms drop down till it bout dies and jump back up and acts like its gonna go off somewhere again. even in park it does this. he has checked the vaccum lines with starting fluid and we put the old wires back on it and no results. anyone got any ideas or know what it is?
