whats my comp ratio??

Getting ready to order a custom prom but one of the questions is about compression ratio. My bottom end is completely stock but I installed a set of afr190 68cc heads with felt pro 1010 gaskets. Does anyone here know the formula to figure this out. Thanks for the help.
