I started the LT1 intake swap today, questions inside

Okay guys, I started my LT1 intake swap today, and things went okay I guess. First, to any future searchers, if you get your intake powdercoated make sure they do not do the edges where the injectors are. The layer of powdercoating made it so the intake would not clear the little ridge thing on the heads. I had to grind the powdercoating off to make it fit. Then, the bolts still wouldn't all line up cause powdercoating was in the bolt holes on the intake, so I had to grind them out as well. After all that, we finally got it to sit right and bolted it down.
After that, I put the distributor in, no problems there. Next I connected the fuel lines which leads me to my first question: How do I know which line goes to which? Which one goes to the AFPR and which doesn't? I saw a pic, but it wasn't very clear so I just put them on the way they appeared to be in the pic. I'll change it tomorrow if needed.
After that was done, I started the coolant route. I got the remote t-stat mounted to the fender wall, and most of the coolant hoses put on but I need some more 90* fittings for it. Next question: Where does the heater control valve go? Its not on the diagram on lt1intake.com .
After that was pretty much set, I plugged stuff back in. Some stuff doesn't have a place to go (EGR stuff I believe). I will attach pictures of stuff I can't figure out where to connect to. Please, if someone can tell me what stuff I need and what can go cause of no EGR, let me know.
Thanks in advance, Andy.

Here is one thing I don't know what it goes to. It looks like a hard plastic vacuum line. Do I need it?

This used to attach to the bottom of the TPI plenum- what do I do with it now?

Well all I know is the little u shaped one at the bottom is for the FPR, other than that? I dunno. The one for the FPR is the only one I think I even have left on my car.

Edit: I know there are some small lines that run to your evap canister and to the egr and some other crap, it looks like you just have peices there. Also that plug is for the MAT sensor, you should relocated it, I do believe.

Wheres your carberator go? LOL j/k

looks good. Does the lt1 intake flow alot better than a TPI manifold? Im assuming it does since you went through the trouble to swap.

The lt1 intake coolant ports line up?

edit:: ahhh no intake runners has to equal better flow.

Normally, they do not line up, but this is a modified intake. Check out www.lt1intake.com for info.

On the fuel lines, the one on the intake that is smaller and goes to the Regulator is the return.
The larger one is the feed. The hard lines on the body of the car will match the size as well.

Agreed, the fuel lines are differant sizes. They should not be able to be installed wrong.

To answer 88camaro350, yes, the LT1 intake flows much better than the TPI intake at high RPM's.
