I bought a new set of t-tops and the drivers side wont latch all the way the old one did fine though. The Doors shut fine though. If so can if be fixed and how?

T-tops are adjustable, so I'd think that your new one needs to be adjusted to fit.

As stated before those should be adjustable, every piece on a car is adjustable for "imperfections" at the factory. besides your car isnt a full framed car so if the car is bent its basically totalled and if it the old Ttop fit then thats not the case
