Unplugging A/C Plug = Cooler Car

Unplugging A/C Plug = Cooler Car
Hello everyone,
I saw someone posted that if you unplug your A/C Unit, when you switch to A/C the Fan will turn on and be on all the time, without using any A/C. I never use my A/C so i thought this would be a good idea before i send away for my fan switch. The question is where is the A/C Plug?? Diagrams/pictures would help me a great deal. I tried to email the person who posted this trick, but he never responded..
