I've got the software, now I need the cables to read my ALDL
I found the Software to read what my computer is doing at:
http://www.techedge.com.au/vehicle/aldl/8192/8192hw.htm
Now I need the Dern Cable that hooks my car up to the computer. I'm not exactly electrically inclined, but i can do some stuff. Making one of those cables is beyond my reach of expertise. I want to buy one. Anyone know where I can buy one at a reasonable price.
Someone has these cables and they aren't telling me where to get them. I told you where to get the software now youtell me where to get the cable.
Thanks,
Lars

Im going to attempt to build the cable from that website as soon as i can track down all the parts. Of course we need to build the more expensive 8192/160bps gajit rather than the simple 160bps one (which only works on cars switching from 0-12volts which i dont think any thirdgen does).
If anyone can help let me know

You can go and spend $90 from here for the cables that are like the ones you've seen. http://www.mindspring.com/~amattei/akmelect.htm
OR, you can e-mail me for more INFO
