DRLs on a 3rd gen

Has anyone here rigged up their 3rd gen Camaro with the '97+ DRLs?
I'll be getting rid of my '98 soon and among the many things I'm really gonna miss about that car is the badass looking orange DRLs. My Berlinetta is black, and I thought it would look awesome with the same setup. I have insturctions from someone who did it on a '95 Camaro, and I am assuming that it would be just as easy to do to a 3rd gen.
What do you folks think? Should I do it, or would it look wrong on an older car???

The latter of the third gens built for Canada are equipped with DRL's. Why don't you save the headache of trying to install them, when you can just turn on your parking lamps?
