L-98 Gurus, inquire within.....
Ok, I've got a 91 GTA with the usual mods. I'm noticing lately that the performance is great when the car is cold, but once it warms up, the power decreases slightly. What is causing this? Also, lately, there is a surge of performance at 2600RPM's all the way to 5100RPM. Is my cam getting worn??? My car has 118K on the odo. No smoke, and gets 17-19mpg in the city. Help me out guys, please!!!

Here's my list of usual mods. Anyone have a TPS enhancer?? Have you noticed a difference?

thats normal, get a cooler Tstat, replace your airdam if its scuffed off, rig a cold air intake, etc.

It is normal, when you are cold you are getting more timing advance to help warm-up, hence more oomph...
