Leaking Gas!!!!! HELP!!!

Hi, i just got home from school and as me and my friend were pulling in my driveway i saw that i had a huge puddle underneath my car, so i got out and checked it and it was gas!! i see that it is coming from underneath the engine gears. I just got this engine put in, its a 350. And 2 days ago i put a new carburetor on it and it started up. However i dont really know jack about carbs and i think i put it on wrong or something. However, whats going on? what can i do?!

Underneath the engine gears? Where is that? If you've got a gas leak, just find where it's coming from. Check all of the fuel lines and the connections they go to, the fuel filter, fuel pump, etc.

hmmm.... well my only problem is, i can only see it dripping from the bottom of the engine and thats it. Nothing on top of the engine is leaking, and i cant really get underneath it too well. I just looked at it again and ive collected a LOT of gas already, its a pretty steady drip. i just installed a new carb 2 days ago, could that have anything to do with it?

Well a carb operates with gas. So I'd guess you did something wrong, or didn't tighten something right, punctured a gas line..something.
