removing AC and smog stuff

any articles on this?
what kind of a belt would i need, i think i remeber being told that one off a 4.3 chevy truck will fit, but i don't remeber the part number for the belt. any one know, or anyone done this before. i need to do it because my custom stb won't fit with the AC pump where its too now, and i don''t need it anyway cause it never gets hot enough here and i have t-tops just in case.

for ac remove it and get the 1LE ac delete pulley from your dealer or www.gmpartsdirect.com I believe gpd lists it as a water pump pulley.
