Well guys, i am really looking forward to dropping in an lt1 in my beast. Well i plan on doin this around the end of july mid august. My thought is that i have never done much more then oil changes and fan switches and dont have a garage or tools. i called up and it would cost close to 3k to get it done WOW!!!!!!. So my ? is is there anyone in this area that has done one before that would help someone out for about 500-600 bucks. I know its not much but im only 18 and dont have enough to pay out much more. So if theres any hardcore thirdgenners up here that would be interested please reply. Thanks

no im not surprised just more disappointed ha. I was hping it wouldnt be so much. So i was jsut hoping that maybe someone around here had done the swap 1 or 2 times and may want to help out. I mean i have no car knowledge under the hood but i can try and learn.
