Installed an air foil....thru a code....
if this is a maf car you likely didnt put the intake bellows back on right and there is air leaking past the sensor
that or you unplugged the sensor and never plugged it back in

I agree with Pablo. I've overlooked that damn MAF plug many times before since it's on the bottom (out of sight out of mind). Plug her in. That is if you have MAF.
Did you put it in upside down? I think on mine there are 2 holes on the bottom for the IAC and maybe you aren't getting enough air to the IAC. But try what everyone else said first.
