Adding tach to LG4- "Tach terminal" question?
I have a friend with the LG4 motor, and we're putting a tach on it today.
He has the coil-in-cap HEI distributor.. is that "tach" terminal easy to get to? Does it take a female quick-disconnect connector?
Or do I splice into a wire somewhere? I had to splice into a wire on my remote-coil HEI setup, I'm not quite sure of the "proper" hookup for his '86.
Thank you!

It just plugs right in. It is a regular ¼" female quick-connect slide. It's best to use an insulated one so it doesn't short to the BATT terminal, which could blast the module.
