Spark Plug Access on Right Side?

I know I have read this before, but I can't remember the answer. How do you reach the spark plugs on the right side of the engine? I am going to bite the bullet and replace my valve seals, and this looks like the biggest obstacle.

Thanks

welp, if i remember best about my 88, i got most of them from the bottom. other wise i think i was able to weasle my wrench and hand in there enugh to use a socket wrench with a wobble or a plug socket and a wrench.

I have an 85z w/ an LG4, and when I did my plugs, I just took off my watch and exercised a little bit of rubber-arm. I was able to get them all from the top, though it was a huge PITA! (They might be easier to get at from the bottom, but I was in a buddy's yard and didn't have that option).

Best way. Floor jack and jack stands. You can get at the front driver side 3 with ease, but all the rest are much, much more easier to get from the bottom. You might have trouble with 2 or 3 from the bottom, but that's it.

My suggestion is to hire a small child and pay him in ice cream. It will be an educational experience form him and with the small hands he should have no troubl. Just an idea.

Man, I just must be a contortionist because I got to all of mine from the topside with just a sparkplug socket and ratchet...oh wait, i didn't have exhaust manifolds on mine at the time...I was putting on the headers. heeheee, nevermind. Wobble sockets and little hands are my suggestion.

From the top, the only ones you are really going to suffer with are cylinder 5-not terrible, and cylinder 7-hell- take #7 from underneath. the rest you can get from the top with socket, ratchet, swivel joint, extensions etc. don't get pissed off at them, because they will not get scared and jump out, just take your time and it will all work.
