Car Won't Start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK so I go over to my friends house, car runs fine and all is good.
Go out to start my car, It cranks and cranks its little heart out, but nothing. I check the fuses, all good, even the one by the battery, the Ecm/fuel pump fuse. Everything looks good. Im getting spark, and power but no fuel. By the way its Tbi, no fuel from the injectors. I check the Ses light, it doesn't come on? So I think It might be the ecm? I tried putting some gas in the Tbi, and it will start, but then it just dies. so It almost has to be the Fuel, Fuel pump relay, or The fuel pump But its just really wierd that it would run fine, and then all of a sudden just not start again. Please help I need to get it out of their driveway! Thanks in advance

things to do first, check the fuel pressure. most automotive stores sell a kit that can be used on tbi, comes with a fitting that u can put in the fuel line so that u can get a reading. it goes where the rubber line meets the steel line right by your altenator. you should be able to pull 9-13 psi. if you do get 9-13 psi. the next thing you'll want to do is test for voltage at connectors that plug into you injectors. now u have to checks this while its cranking. if you dont get any voltage while cranking there is the problem. i would then short the a and b terminal of your aldl connector and see if at least you are getting a code twelve. one blink followed by two blinks

I can't get any codes because the check engine light isn't coming on, and I have no fuel pressure when I try to start the car. I think the Ecm isn't getting power or its done for. How does an Ecm Go?
I do have a hypertech thermomaster chip. I put it in a couple months ago, and haven't had any problems.
Any Advice? Probably just see if the ecm is getting Power, the Fuse by the battery is good, and at the fuse panel under the dash, Is their any other place to look?

re:

get up under the back end of your car. now look up above the rear end, there is a wiring harness with three wires on it coming from the fuel tank, it should be plugged into a receptor that comes off the floor pan where the back seat are, right above the rear end...about 7 inches.

it seems to come unplugged sometimes on my 91 tbi.

No the Car has been Driving fine, other than a little rich, and the fact that im getting like 10-12 mile to the gallon.
I checked the connector for the fuel tank, unplugged it and replugged it back in, nothing new. I still think its the Ecm is gone or has no power, which wire is the 12 volt wire that feeds the ecm? Theirs like a thousand of them. Grr
