what kind of power should this setup make?

i have a 79 350 from an old truck. i am installing ported 305 heads with bigger valves and a 3 angel valve grind, edelbrock performer intake, cam (unknown what cam and valve springs i am going to use yet, will be calling comp cams to see what they recomend), 600 cfm electirc choke edelbrock carb, 14 by 3 inch air cleaner, and flowtech headers and y (i know they suck and will be replaced in the next year by hooker or hedman headers) and it will go into a cutout and then through a stock 305 exhaust (will be replaced in a year or so by either duals or a 3 inch flowmaster cat-back. car has a stock posi rear end (dont know what gears) and a rebuilt 700r4 tranny with stiffer 2nd gear and a vette servo. torque converter is stock i think, i dont know what the tranny guy put in it but i am guessing its the stock converter. so what do you guys think? what kind of power will i be putting out? will it be close to 300? thanks alot.

kinda hard to say without details like cam specs and if that 79 truck engine has been rebuilt or if its still stock and if it was rebuilt what pistons were put in it etc.. do you wanna know what kinda power it will make at the wheels or at the fly wheel? i'd say 300 rwhp is sort of a long shot..

put one foot on the brake and one on the gas and see how high you can get the rpms without the tires braking loose, that should give you a pretty decent indication of the stall
