Wheel problem?

Recently when I drive, there is a bump every revolution of the left front wheel. Not a big one, but it still annoys me. What could it be? I am thinking it is most likely the tire, perhaps a broken belt inside the tire or a bulge. Could it be the wheel? Anything else like a bearing, maybe? What should I look for? Thanks.

Is it a bump our a knock?

If its just tire bump (thumping), sounds like a bad tire.

Keep it simple......

Swap the wheels from left to right; see if the noise moves. If it does it's a wheel or tire, if it stays where it is it's a wheel bearing.

Pretty simple troubleshooting method really. Don't outsmart yourself.
