Dif. Harnesses for Auto/Manual?

Do automatic and manual TPI cars share the same wiring harness? I'm going to be purchasing a Painless Wiring harness and I'm wondering if they can be used with a 5spd? Thanks.

no...the auto harness has wires for the torque convertor lockup,as for going from auto to manual, speed sens plug should be the same but you wont have the wire for backup lights, the ecm will work, but you'll get a check engine light, but you'll know what it is
