why is my engine spewing oil??

why is my engine spewing oil??
i just put new seals and gaskets in my engine, it's fine at idle. but when i drive it around the block and come back, my engine is covered in oil from front to back (mostly around the intake manifold). help.

Axle/Gears: BW 2.77
Uhm, this may sound stupid, but did you put valve cover gaskets on? Or at tighten down the valve covers snugly?
Those are the only things I can think of unless pcv valve or tube is clogged causing too much build up in pressure ....
