does anyone know what these heads came off of?

I'm looking at some heads. They have the numbers 92, 329, and what looks like 93417389 on them. Does anyone have a clue what these are?

That's not even close to a valid Chevy small block casting number. What is the valve arrangement? E-I-I-E-E-I-I-E? Or E-I-E-I-E-I-E-I? Are the springs evenly spaced, or grouped? Staggered?

the part I'm really sure of is the 417 after that the castings are hard to read. I know the springs weren't staggered. I'm thinking they're grouped. I'd have to take another look at them.
