how to clean oil system

without running oil system flush
how else is there a way to clean out the oiling system?


I have heard putting a little ATF will clean it out
as well as synthetic oils


too cheap to afford full syn so I buy the bastard shiz


any other ideas though?

Change your oil and filter every 500 miles or so for a month or two. It's a bit expensive, but it worked very well for me.
