car is bogging?????

i just got my car shipped to new york from florida well let me tell you it sucked the company does not cover exhaust and now my car has an exhaust leak. i went to drive my car from the street to my driveway and it stalled out i didnt think of ne thing at first cause there was no gas in it. so i went to get gas and i put a 1/4 tank in it and it was still acting funny. at idle in park it would idle at like 500-600 moving alot which b4 it came here it was at like 1000. then i put it in drive and it was bogging really bad i couldnt even drive down the street. i noticed that in drive it would move from like 600-200 rpms this cant be good what could be the problem please help i dont know what to do?????

check all vaccum lines and check for leaks. Also, is the gas getting to the engine in a normal flow?

is gas constantly pumping into the engine.... instead of maybe a crappy on and off type thing where it might have something to do with ur fuel pump? You dont have any leaks do u? Just trying to think of things to help ya out, so dont quote me on knowing this is the problem, lol.
