Ya, mine is mounted behind the back seat.

My car was originally carbed so there wasn't anything in the tank, except for the fuel level sender.
I didn't want to bother with dropping the tank to install a pump so I went with the Holley External in-line pump.

Si im going to have to drop the tank and take out thefuel pump. Also in the pictures of the fuel pump they dont show like the white screen that connects to the fuel pump. Also what and where did you buy the fuel lines are they just clamped on tight can that be done i though anything thats above 20psi should have metal threaded fittins not clamped.

I am using hi pressure fuel line and since there is a flare on the fitting on the fuel pump, I am only using one Fuel Injection style clamp on each end
I am going to eventually change all the rubber to braided lines with -6an fittings.

Both ends of the pump have rubber lines still. The fittings I tried to use didn't look like they would seal properly.
-6an is 3/8". The AN numbers are all even, -4, -6, -8, -10, etc...

I bought these fittings to go on my LT1 fuel rail and on the hard line on the car,

I already have the -6 to 3/8" pipe, just needed to order these ones since they were on back order for so long.

these are some of the fittings I am going to be using. Most of what is in the pictures was used on the 82 LT1 swap we did a few months ago.

This is a shot of the fuel rail on the 82 with the braided -6an lines,
