what is this connector and relay to? (pics)

the connector was lying by my battery on the passenger side. the brown/white wire going from it goes to the relay that's on the cowl on the driver's side. the relay looks like it had a fusible link going to it that was cut. any ideas?

Look like the control module for your headlights.........(the thing hanging by the relay). Have you had trouble with your lights going up and down????

The only fusible link that I know of on 3rd gens goes to the starter. Maybe someone else has a better idea?

i'm just not sure what the connector is now
