376450 casting? fit a 305 TBI engine?

I found a decent deal on a set of 305 performance heads.
These are the numbers off them: 376450, D12 78, and GM 8T.
Will they fit my car?

That is one of the very few castings that might be a worse head than TBI heads. They are absolutely not "performance" heads; they're 267 2-barrel heads, came with 1.74" intake valves.
