5.7" rods and Lunati Cam?

I'm building up a 406 here in a month or so and I was planning on using Eagle SIR 5.7" rods in it along with a Lunati 07102 cam (235/235 dur, .507/.507 lift). Would I have to clearance the rods for the cam? I've read some things on here saying it would be fine, but others saying differently. Would the block also need to be clearanced, or would it be ok?

only way to know for sure is to dummy it up and see. i'd fill the bottom inch or so of the block with grout in case you have to grind and hit water. i'd be prepared to grind. rods with bolts instead of bolt/nuts give alot more clearance.
