I continually get corrosion on my plug wires. Specifically the number one and seven wires. The green corrosion appears on both ends of these wires. No matter how tight and even using electrical grease. Any ideas what would cause this???

 

Ozone. It is created in the presence of high voltage coronas. There is either an insulation problem with those wires, or poor sealing of the boot to wire that allows the gas to enter the wire end and oxidize the metal.
