i've got the aluminum L98 heads in there, and was wondering if anyone has some flow #'s on a good set of ported aluminum L98's so that i could adjust my settings.

No, those numbers look right for stock L98 heads, aluminum or iron. The exhaust numbers do look a little generous, however. They are not great heads, at all, in stock form.

But they really shine when properly ported. Intake flow numbers can get into the 240 cfm range, and that will support a good 500 hp under ideal conditions.

I got my ported L98s from SDPC. They gave me flow numbers for the stockers and for their ported ones.

I think they were a bit more than $1,000, brand new. It's been quite a while so I can't remember exactly. Plus, I usually try to dwell on how much money I've dumped into my car...it's just too painful.

Those are more impressive, indeed. I don't think that SDPC ports their L98s very aggresively.

Here is what the AFR 190 street heads are:

Are the 262/194 really that much better than the 247/195 of Chris B's??
I dont know much about this yet

On the street it is kind of meaningless. Most engines don't have cams that feature over .500 of lift. It is the flow in the lifts below that determines a good street head.

On the track with a full tilt boogie engine, sure!
