That is probably in the ballpark. And only at rpms higher than 3500 or so.

Slow,

Like we have been telling you for weeks now, you MUST port and polish those heads to make the project worthwhile. And as we've told you repeatedly, you CAN do the job yourself. Don't make me come on down there and kick your butt to get you working on it

lol FINE ill port and polish ya bastard!! haha, ok, what exact carbid tips do i need and where can i get them --hardware store??-- my problem is, i have a 2 hp compressor with a 2 gallon tank, which SUCKS.... but i suppose itll work.

i dont want to buy the standard abrasives kit.

so one last time lol...what exactly do i need. i have a die grinder.

i need to know what rolls i need. what grit, what type of carbit bits...

anyone have any close up before and after shots of the porting and polishing so i know exactly what to do, cause ive read and read and i still dont see wtf im supposed to be grinding down

Follow the link at the end of my sig for ALL the info you need. Rent an electric die grinder. It works much better than air. Carbide cutters are available at industrial supply shops. They cost about $10 or $15 apiece. Good luck and keep us up to date.
