Pre 87 manifold on 87 block?

I want to keep my heads but change the intake to a stealth, but they only fit 86 and earlier designs. Is there a way to do this?

Two ways:

1) '86-earlier heads (which you don't want to do).

2) Elongate the center-two mount bolts on each side of the manifold so the bolts will fit to the heads.

The block isn't the issue. The intake mount bolt angle on the center two bolt holes in the head is the only issue.
