Transmission: 700R4

fast idle rpm's

Does anyone know the fast idle rpm's for an 83 Trans Am LG4 w E-Q-jet. My references say to check the emissions label, but I don't have one anymore. I just rebuilt the carb and the Haynes manual and E-qjet rebuild series in High performance pontiac say I need to set these first before I set idle mixture screws and TPS voltage.
