Will the wheels from a '99 TA fit my '84 Z28?

Will the wheels from a '99 TA fit my '84 Z28?
I assume the bolt pattern is correct I was actually wondering if the offset/back spacing is similar to the '88 IROC wheels I am running now? If not how much will they differ and will it be too much to keep my 245/50's tucked inside the wheel wells?
