Can anyone cross my heads casting number?
I was wondering if someone can tell me what type of heads I have on my car and what year. The casting number on both heads 14101083 are suppose to be L98 Cast IRon heads off a 92 Camaro that had the TPI 350.
I've installed them on my 87 Trans Am that I put a 350 in but have been buring oil since the rebuild. The machine shop suggested to pull the intake as that may be where the oil is getting into the engine. I pulled the PVC valve and it is wet with oil is that normal after 2000 miles? Right now I'm n the process of pulling the intake but wanted to make sure these are the correct heads for a TPI engine. Thanks, Jason
