code 33 maf?? not the prob. HELP

I have a 1988 TA 305. Once in a while the check eng. light comes on and the car feels like it is a 4 cyl running out of gas. It does not stall and has no power. If I shut it off and let it sit it is good for a while. The comp. pops out code 33 MAF changed twice not the prob. What could this be??????
HELP!!!! OH yea when it warms up the rpms are at 12-1500 ????????????

code 33- high voltage , low vaccum at maf

check your tps voltage, its probably is too high ,thats why your idle is at 1500rpms.
