Thermostat Temps

When I was at pep boys getting my thermostat changed, they said that GM reccommends a 195 degree thermostat. They had the 195's, 180's, and 160's. I definetly didn't want the 195, the 180 is ok, and the 160 is too much, especially in the winter. I think I want a 170, and I noticed that Jeg's doesnt sell them either. Where can i get a 170* stat? What stat is best for an L98 anyway? My car gets really sluggish if it gets over 200* at all.

tpis sells the 170* stat, it comes to about 18$ with shipping and everything.

if you dont wanna spend that much on a stat just get the 180*
160 is too low and 195 is too high.
