Edelbrock Valve Cover Question
On the edelbrock valve covers there are only two holes. Both for the pcv valves. But on my valve covers there are 3 holes including the oil fill hole. So my question is, is that pcv hose in the pic that runs from my valve cover to my carbuerator could I just get rid of that and not have that hose there? Would it hurt anything? Thats it.

ok so it has the same number of holes - an oil fill hole.. so just pull the breather out and fill oil in there... keep the pcv valve.. it vents the crankcase and removes combustion gases which make their way past the rings. your engine will thank you. if you mean you just want to remove the hose thats also a bad idea as the pcv valve will not function without vaccum applied to it.
I have those valve covers also, just use the PCV hole for your oil fill.
Use a small neck funnel. But make sure you have the correct P/N for your PCV on the drivers side (front) and the vacum line (rear) on the passenger side. Made the mistake and got the wrong ones first.
