With New Base and AS&M Runners, whats my new Redline?
When will it run out of air with this new setup?

Well you could change your redline however, I wouldn't do it. Your regular TPI 350 redlines at about 5500 rpm however, the car quits developing power at about 4700-4800 rpm. Your breathing will be much more effective from 4500 to 5500 with the new intake system but if you go over 5500 you will run into the same problems the factory system had at around 4700 or so rpm. Keep the redline at 5500.

Through experience...
A stock runnered L98 will make peak HP typically right around 4400 rpm, thus shifts right around 4600 rpm were best for your et slip.
With aftermarket runners wtih the stock cam, typically your rpm peak only goes up 1-2 hundred, however with a matching more agressive cam, your peak HP will typically occur between 4700-4800 rpm thus your shift points should be in the low 5000 rpm.
