What is the compresion ratio of a 2nd gen F body motor?

It's an 80 or 81 350 out of a Z28. I need to know...and have no books that say....thanks.

Jester,

What engine is it? My data shows the 245HP (installed net) 350/8 as having 8.9:1 static compression. The "other" 350/8s have ratios of 8.2:1 due to the larger 76cc chambers.

Vader, I picked it up as a core, so I couldn;t honestly tell you. I just know it's out of an 80 or 81 Z28. Is there some number on the engine I can look up?

It does have 76cc heads tho..I already ran those numbers.
