Anyone?

 

There are a few possibilities. 1) worn out clutch, my original clutch started to chatter when it was about to completely wear out. 2) Aggressive disc material, my current clutch uses a Kevlar disc and I was warned it would chatter alot, and sure enough, it does. 3) warped/burned flywheel. There are probably other possibilities too, but that all I can think of now...

I've heard a weak/worn clutch pressure plate would do it, too...

throwout bearing?

 

i had the same problem with my throwout bearing, thats most likely what it is, ALso check the fork, make sure it isnt bent
